Our Story
Aureus Key LLC was founded on a simple thesis: residential real estate in growing Texas markets offers some of the best risk-adjusted returns available to private investors — but only when the operator knows what they are doing on the ground.
We started with a single acquisition in San Antonio and built a track record one project at a time, prioritizing documentation and investor communication from day one. Today we manage an active pipeline of residential fix-and-flip projects across the San Antonio MSA.
Our name reflects our philosophy. Aureus — Latin for gold — represents the real, tangible value we work to create in every property. Key represents access: opening doors to investment returns that were previously available only to institutional players.
