    Exit

    Finished properties are listed with experienced local agents or pre-sold to buyers in our network. Target hold time is 4–8 months from acquisition to closing.

    Distribute

    Investor returns are distributed at closing per the agreed deal structure — fixed interest on a secured loan or a profit share on equity participation.
